Relax and Reset: A Restorative Evening Flow Class and Journaling Session > Tuesdays 19:00 – 20:00

A restorative and nurturing evening yoga flow (mixed ability), aiming to relax the body, calm the mind and promote feelings of gratitude, positivity and contentment.

Some classes will include a short journaling session, so bring a notebook/diary and your favourite pen to the class.

About Saskia

I started practicing yoga four years ago when I lived in Australia. I attended regular classes and fell in love with how it made me feel, physically and mentally. My philosophy on life is now very much based around the concept of balance, and I have found yoga and meditation to be a great way of maintaining this. In 2017, I set up Body in Mind, initially as a personal training business.

Although I enjoyed working as a PT, something was missing; so, in 2019, I decided to train as a yoga teacher in Greece. It was one of the most intense yet wonderful experiences I have ever had.

Since then, I have been teaching classes and private sessions, working with all ages (young students to 75 years olds) as well as with people with disabilities, injuries and hearing impediments. I have hosted local events, taught at festivals and run regular workshops .

I truly believe yoga is open to anyone and everyone, and it is my aim to encourage more people to incorporate it into their lives as a way of nourishing mind, body and soul.

Qualifications:
200HR Yoga Teacher Training – Yoga Haven
50HR Advanced Assists Training – Sunday School Yoga
20HR Yoga Nidra Training – YMCA London
50HR Advanced YTT – Emily Clare Hill Yoga (to be completed)
