I teach Yoga classes specific to the demands of my students on the day! I like to start with some sun salutations to warm up, then we will move around the 12 basic sivananda yoga postures, with adaptations for all levels and strengths. Sometimes we focus on hips, sometimes on shoulders, maybe a fast, punch flow if we all need some energy, or sometimes we do a slow, relaxing flow with extra final relaxation to allow us all some space and self-love.
Hour classes are £6.00
I love all types of exercise, but I find nothing beats yoga for injury prevention, relaxation and breathing techniques and for slowing my busy busy mind!
I have a teaching certificate from the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre
I am also qualified to teach Silver Haired Yoga and yoga to children.
